Preparation of the base: in a saucepan, pour the whole milk, sugar and glucose. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Blending the cream: Add the fresh liquid cream to the mixture, continuing to stir.
Cooling: Transfer the mixture to a container and let it cool to room temperature. Then, place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
