The A + System

The A + system of Flù 70 modulates the cooling capacity in relation to the different needs of the pasteurization, cooling and storage phase, ensuring great energy savings.

Simple and intuitive keyboard

A simple and intuitive keypad allows rapid programming of Flù 70, setting the temperature up to 90 ° and two distinct programming for full load (up to 70 liters) and half load.

Electronic control system

The mechanics of Flù 70 are managed by an electronic control system that constantly monitors operation: this involves less maintenance and greater longevity of the machine.

Electric resistors

With Flù 70 the pasteurization cycle becomes very fast thanks to the use of highly resistant electric resistances and the four rotation speeds of the stirrer.

The closing lid

The closing lid of the Flù 70 pasteurization tank can be quickly released without the use of tools to allow quick and easy washing and guarantee total hygiene.

The Remote Control System

The Remote Control System (RCS) connects Flù 70 with the Innova service network, which is able to view and control the settings of all functions in real time.
