Sturdy structure, in AISI 304 stainless steel in large thicknesses with self-supporting frame but compact in size.


In few minutes Movì allows you to perfectly mix the introduced mixture and thanks to the patented blade and the self-expanding scrapers, it allows complete emptying of the cylinder and the total absence of waste during the extraction phase.


The Movì keyboard and display, intuitive and essential, allow you to quickly set and program the desired consistency parameters of the ice cream.


The use of the combined inverter gearmotor guarantees the ability to manage various speeds during the processing phases and also greatly reduces maintenance costs compared to the old belt system.


The blending process, once set, proceeds autonomously thanks to the electronic control of each phase, which allows you to optimize times.


A quick and complete cleaning is a fundamental objective: the simple unhooking of the female coupling blade leaves the freezing cylinder closed for effective cleaning.
