MOVÌMIX 60 A+ MULTIFUNCTION
The management of the cold during the batch freezing of the System-T’s MovìMix60 A+ is controlled by the system, which calibrates the cold according to the desired consistency and amount. The A+ System also acts during the extraction phase to maintain the consistency of the ice cream unaltered and of optimal quality.
The structure of MovìMix60 A+ is entirely made of stainless steel aisi 304, specific for food, and has a very thick, although compact, self-supporting frame.
1 – The A+ System of MovìMix 60 A+ ensures a controlled management of cold, balanced according to the desired amount and consistency. The A+ System also acts during the extraction phase to maintain the consistency of the ice cream unaltered.
2- The pasteurization and batch freezing phases can work simultaneously or separately. Both processes require 11 minutes for 8/10 liters of ice cream.
3- Two simple and intuitive keyboards make it possible to program the pasteurization and batch freezing cycles separately by using customized settings.
4- The pasteurized mixture goes from the upper cylinder to the lower one, through an internal and patented passage that is managed electronically, without manual interventions or risks of contamination.
5- The practical showerhead system inside of the heating cylinder and the simple release of the batch freezing blade with the female coupling ensure the rapid and complete cleaning of MovìMix 60 A+.
6- The Remote Control System (RCS) connects MovìMix 60 A+ to Innova’s service network, which can view all the settings in real time to provide a targeted solution to your issue.
