MOVÌ 60 BATCH FREEZER
The batch freezer of Innova’s Movì 60 ensures an hourly production of ice cream ranging from a minimum of 35 kg to a maximum of 60 kg to achieve a top quality product.
The robust structure is entirely made of stainless steel aisi 304, specific for food, and has a very thick, although compact, self-supporting frame.
1 -In only seven minutes, Movì 60 allows you to perfectly batch freeze the mixture and to entirely empty the cylinder without waste during the extraction phase.
2- Movì 60 ensures high production levels thanks to the use of oversized compressors, of the patented blade with the female coupling and of the exceptionally adhering and patented self-expanding scrapers.
3- Movì’ 60’s keyboard and display, intuitive and essential, allow you to quickly set and program the desired consistency parameters of the ice cream.
4- Once set, the batch freezing process proceeds independently thanks to the electronic control that allows you to optimize time.
5- The Remote Control System (RCS) connects Movì 60 to Innova’s service network, which can view the settings of the functions in real time to promptly provide a solution to your issue.
6-The simple release system of the patented blade with the female coupling, leaves Movì 60’s batch freezing cylinder hermetically sealed for an effective cleaning.
