Lighter than Movì 60 A+ and Movì 60 A, Movì 30 is the ideal product for smaller production needs, while ensuring all of Innova’s quality.
The robust structure is entirely made of stainless steel aisi 304, specific for food, and has a very thick, although compact, self-supporting frame.
1 – In only seven minutes, Movì 30 allows you to perfectly batch freeze the mixture and to entirely empty the cylinder without waste during the extraction phase.
2- Movì 30 ensures high production levels thanks to the use of oversized compressors, of the patented blade with the female coupling and of the exceptionally adhering and patented self-expanding scrapers.
3- Movì 30’s keyboard and display, intuitive and essential, allow you to quickly set and program the desired consistency parameters of the ice cream.
4- Once set, the creaming process proceeds independently thanks to the electronic control that allows you to optimize time.
5- Remote Control System (RCS) connects Movì 30 to Innova’s service network, which can view the settings of the functions in real time to promptly provide a solution to your issue.
6- The simple release system of the patented blade with the female coupling, leaves Movì 30’s batch freezing cylinder hermetically sealed for an effective cleaning.
